Finding the fun in training
The Klarna Way of Winning enables the sales teams to give existing and potential customers exactly the right type of support, exactly when they need it. We were challenged with finding a way to spread the word within Klarna and make the Way of Winning a handbook for sales success.
Our creative process
Meet Kate and Bruno
In keeping with Klarna’s youthful and upbeat tone of voice, we created Kate and Bruno, two sales team characters around which the material would be based.
By incorporating them into a graphical representation of the buying journey, we produced a fun and informative infographic and animated video, along with further in-depth training materials.
The outcome and impact
Bringing the buyer’s journey to life
Our campaign was a great success, and so Klarna commissioned us to produce more shareable materials, including posters, GIFs, paperwork folders and even an A2 jigsaw of the buying journey. Both phases were incredibly well received, and the materials delivered continue to be utilised and enjoyed by the Klarna team.
